When one hears the term “forensic,” they usually don’t think of accounting. Suzzanne Lowe explains it this way: “A forensic accountant examines records and accounts that can prove or disprove numbers.” In a short phrase, she uses accounting data to paint a picture.

Suzzanne is a great combination of accounting and information technology. A graduate of Highland High School with an AAS in Applied Computer Science, she also holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ball State. In addition, she is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and is Microsoft Certified. Suzzanne is married to her husband of 10 years, Matt, and has a 7-year-old daughter, Macey, and a 2-year-old son, Lincoln.

For 10 years, Suzzanne worked for the Department of Defense shuttling back and forth between home and Washington, D.C. She served as a liaison between the accounting department and the IT sector. Among her responsibilities were the reconciliation of over $18 billion for the Department of Treasury. She created new reports and dashboards that helped interpret the data she was charged with digging through.

Today, she serves her clients by providing ADP payroll services and is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor.Forensic Accounting
